Open Forum on Organizational Changes

The first opportunity for input on the new organization structure in regards to deans and division chairs are through our open forums.  These are open to all members of the Mission Community and individuals are welcome to join for the entire forum, or drop in at any point.  These are scheduled over two weeks:

Thursday September 7, 9:00-11:00 in Campus Center 219-220

Friday September 15, 9:00-11:00 in Campus Center 219-220

The second opportunity is through a short, open-ended survey form.  Responses may be submitted anonymously and will be collated by Milani Zepeda in my office.  The link follows:

Additionally, discussions will be held across the college in constituent group and area meetings.  This includes the Academic, Classified, and Student senates, as well as bodies such as Student Services Council and GAP (Governance And Planning Committee, our highest shared/participatory governance group).  These conversations will culminate in a meeting of GAP dedicated to providing a final recommendation to the President on September 27th.  This GAP meeting will be held from 12:30 to 2:00 in Campus Center 219-220.  President Daniel Peck will share his decision back to the college by Friday September 29.
