Flu Vaccine Clinic

Mission Student Health Services has free Flu vaccines for those who need it, by appointment only, every Tuesday from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM until 5/11/2021.

Please follow these steps to register:

1. Complete the registration form below then submit.
2. An appointment date and time will be given to you by return email.
3. Appointments will be scheduled on Tuesdays only.
4. Do not come to Student Health Services.  Our mini-clinic will be set up outside in front of the SEC building.
