Dr. Camangian to speak on October 28 at 1 p.m.

To close off our celebration of Filipino American History Month, Mission College has invited Dr. Patrick Camangian, Associate Professor of Teacher Education at the University of San Francisco, to speak via Zoom and Facebook Live on Wednesday, October 28 from 1 pm - 2 pm. He will share his personal narrative growing up in the United States, working in higher education to support Black/Brown communities, and the present/future of Filipinx in the context of the Black Lives Matter movement and other liberation/abolitionist movements throughout the world.
