The West Valley Theater Department is excited to announce the opening of our second show of the season: Machinal by Sophie Treadwell. Directed by Robin Aronson

Written in 1928 and still ringing with relevance Machinal tells the electrifying story of an ordinary Young Woman who, forced by society’s stifling expectations into a loveless marriage and yearning for love and release, performs an explosive act of desperation to free herself, only to pay the ultimate price
