Kognito is a 30-minute, online, interactive gatekeeper training program that teaches students how to identify students exhibiting signs of psychological distress, including depression and thoughts of suicide; approach students to discuss their concern; and make referrals to campus counseling and health centers. Each attending student will receive a $5.00 KJ's gift card at the end of the training.
