Recreate the magic of springtime in Italy right in your kitchen.  We'll be cooking a light and flavorful menu that will celebrate the season.

          Springtime in Italy Menu:

  • Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus Puff with Gruyere Cheese
  • Baked Pesto Chicken Roll Ups with Cherry Tomatoes and Oregano
  • Fava Beans Salad with Radish and Shaved Fennel in Lemony Vinaigrette
  • Mini Tart with Strawberry and Mascarpone Cream

Additional $15 food fee payable to the instructor in class
