'Take My Boots. Take No More Lives' Art Exhibit

“Take My Boots. Take No More Lives.” by Mission College student R. Faigen is showing at the Vargas Gallery now through December 14.

 

Solo exhibition is n response to the tragic shooting at a Pittsburg synagogue. This show is about the history of oppression, particularly of the Jews,  and how history repeats itself. This student is an art major who comes from Pittsburg and so was especially affected by the event, and so chose to respond through art.
