WEEKS 2 - 6 OF THE NINE-PART BLACK MINDS MATTER PUBLIC COURSE

This course is designed to raise the nationalconsciousness about issues facing Black boys and men in education. The course will intentionally draw linkages between the pervasive undervaluing and criminalization of Black boys and men in society and how those same patterns are evident in schools, colleges, and universities.

This "public course" is presented in the form of a free nine-part webinar series that is open virtually to anyone who would like to participate. These sessions start at 4:00 pm, unless otherwise specified, beginning October 10 to December 12.
