Cooking Workshop - Northern Italian Feast

In this new class, we'll prepare four fabulous dishes that draw on the best of northern Italian home cooking.

         Northern Italian Cooking Menu:    

• Polenta with Taleggio and Mushroom Sauce
• Beet Risotto with Gorgonzola Sauce
• Red Pear Salad with Greens, Walnut and Pomegranate
• Castagnole with Ricotta

Additional $15 food fee payable to the instructor in class.
